Terms of use (Influencers Collaborators)

Authentic content: Employees are committed to creating content that is authentic, transparent and consistent with DERCAY's values, by promoting products in an honest and ethical manner.

Compliance with guidelines: Collaborators must adhere to the guidelines and requirements set out by DERCAY regarding the type of content to create, the platforms to use, the keywords to include, etc.

Responsible promotion: Employees must promote DERCAY products in a responsible and ethical manner, avoiding false statements, misleading claims or unfair commercial practices.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as part of your participation in our collaboration program, including the rules for disclosure of partnerships and protection of personal data.

Respect for intellectual property: Employees must respect DERCAY's intellectual property rights, particularly with regard to brands, logos, images and content protected by copyright.

Exclusive collaboration: Employees undertake not to collaborate with brands competing with DERCAY for the duration of their partnership, unless previously agreed with DERCAY.

Confidentiality: Employees must respect the confidentiality of confidential information shared by DERCAY, particularly regarding products, marketing strategies, launch plans, etc.

Remuneration and compensation: Employees accept the remuneration and compensation terms proposed by DERCAY, and undertake to respect the payment and compensation conditions defined in their partnership agreement.

Duration of the partnership: Employees acknowledge that their partnership with DERCAY is subject to a fixed duration, and can be renewed or terminated according to the terms agreed between the two parties.

General Terms and Conditions: These conditions of use are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Collaboration Program in the event of any violation of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.
