Welcome to Dercay! We are delighted to welcome you as a health specialist and partner of our brand. Before you start using our products and promoting our brand, please review the following terms:

Proper Use of Products: As a healthcare specialist partner at Dercay, you agree to use our products appropriately and in accordance with the usage guidelines provided by our team. It is your responsibility to advise your customers on the correct and safe use of our products.

Ethical Promotion: You agree to promote our products in an ethical and transparent manner, providing accurate and objective information to your customers. Avoid misleading or unsubstantiated claims about our products and ensure you comply with advertising regulations in your area.

Brand Protection: As a DERCAY Health Ambassador, you are committed to protecting the integrity and reputation of the Dercay brand. Avoid any action or behavior that could damage our brand image or tarnish our reputation. This condition concerns current partners and even those who are no longer partners with us.

Confidentiality and Data Protection: You undertake to respect the confidentiality and protect the personal data of your customers. Do not share confidential or sensitive information without your customers' prior consent, and ensure you comply with data protection laws and regulations in your region.

Continuing Training: To maintain your status as a DERCAY health ambassador, you must participate in continuing training on our products and protocols. We will provide you with resources and training opportunities to keep you informed of the latest advances in our field.

Communication with Customers: Be sure to maintain clear and open communication with your customers regarding our products and your affiliation with the Dercay brand. Quickly respond to their questions and concerns, and provide high-quality customer service at all times.

Compliance with Regulations: You agree to comply with all laws, regulations and professional standards applicable in your field of activity. Be sure to comply with legal and ethical requirements for health care practice in your area.

Ownership of Created Content: By creating videos for Dercay as part of our partnership with health specialists, you grant Dercay the non-exclusive and irrevocable right to use these videos for the purposes of promoting and advertising our products . You acknowledge that Dercay may use these videos on various social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels, without any obligation on your part.

Restricted Use: We undertake to only use your videos to promote our products and our brand. We will not use them for purposes other than advertising Dercay products, in accordance with the agreement established between us.

Reporting Procedure: If you believe that use of your videos by Dercay violates the terms of this agreement, please contact us at the following address: contact@dercay.com. Please include the URL of the video in question and a brief description of the alleged violation.

Review and Action: Our team will review your request and carefully review the reported URL. If we become aware of a violation of the terms of this agreement, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem. This may include immediately removing the video from our marketing channels and taking corrective action to prevent future violations.

Termination of Partnership: Dercay reserves the right to terminate this partnership with a health specialist in the event of significant or repeated violation of the terms of this agreement. If Dercay notices improper or unauthorized use of the videos created as part of this partnership, we reserve the right to terminate our partnership relationship with the healthcare specialist concerned. This termination will take effect immediately, and any future use by the terminated parties of the resources created by Dercay will cease.

By accepting these terms of use, you confirm your commitment to Dercay and your desire to promote our products in a professional and ethical manner. We are delighted to have you as a partner and we thank you for your collaboration.
