Please note that as soon as your order is finalized, the two-hour cancellation window begins. To ensure rapid processing, we advise you to begin the cancellation process as soon as possible.

Verification:

We will send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message as soon as your order cancellation request is received and processed. To ensure that your request has been properly processed, please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time.

Refunds:

Order cancellations will result in a prompt refund. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed before expecting it to appear in your account.
