Do we ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world.

How much is shipping ?

We offer free delivery to Morocco. On the other hand, for Europe, shipping costs are calculated based on the order total and the destination. Details regarding shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

For the rest of the world they will be contacted by us to provide them with more information on shipping costs.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 1 day after receipt of order for processing (Monday-Friday, and excluding public holidays).

But for delivery times, these vary depending on your location. An estimate of delivery times will be provided to you upon validation of your order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns after verifying the eligibility of the product according to our conditions. Click here .

Do you accept returns for non-defective products?

Yes, we accept returns for defective and non-defective products provided they meet our returns and refund policy.

Do you accept exchanges?

No, unfortunately we do not accept exchanges.

Do you accept returns for products that have been used?

Unfortunately no, we only accept returns for products that are unopened in their original packaging or have never been used.

How long do I have to return an order?

Our store offers a maximum period of 2 days where customers can request the return of their order, and of course, they will be refunded, the only condition being that the order meets the conditions mentioned in the Return and Refund Policy .

What options do we use for the returns process?

The only option we currently use for returns is by mail.

Do we offer return labels?

Unfortunately no, the return label would be the responsibility of the customer.

Are there restocking fees?

No, we do not charge you a restocking fee when you return an order.

Can I send my order to the postal address to speed up the returns process?

Unfortunately no, even if you do, your order may simply not reach us, and it will then be your responsibility to find it if you still wish to return it. Please wait for our response and kindly follow our instructions.

How long will it take for me to be reimbursed?

Normally, it should not take more than 20 days at most from the day your return and refund request was accepted. It all depends on the banking service, it is difficult to give an exact timing as it varies from one bank to another. In some cases, customers are refunded within a day or two, but for others, it takes up to 20 days as mentioned earlier. If it takes longer, please be sure to contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we offer a 2 hour window from the time your order was placed. Please follow the instructions on the order cancellation page here .
