• Sponsorship: Share your love for our brand! Receive 10 points for you and your referred friend, plus an additional 50 points for you when your friend makes their first purchase through your referral link.
• Special Events: Be on the lookout for our point bonuses during special events. These opportunities are announced the day before and can earn you a maximum of points for 24 hours.
• Post-Purchase Surveys: Your feedback after each purchase is valuable. Earn 10 points by completing our surveys.

How it works ?

• Adding Points: After each confirmed purchase, the corresponding points are added to your loyalty account. You will also receive a summary email indicating the number of points earned following your order.
• Calculation of Points: The number of points accumulated is calculated on the basis of the total tax included (All Taxes Included) of your order. So, every spend is a new opportunity to earn points.
• Viewing Points: To see how many points you have accumulated, go to the “rewards” section of our site. There you will find all the information relating to your current points balance.

Conditions of Use of Points

For smooth use of our loyalty program, here are the conditions to take into account:

1. Using Points on an Order: When you use your points to obtain a discount, they will be deducted from your total points balance. This means that the order will not generate new loyalty points.
2. Exclusions on Orders with Points: Points used to obtain a reward will be deducted from your total balance, with no possibility of accumulating additional points from that same level.
3. Delivery Conditions for Free Packs: Standard delivery charges apply to free products and packs. Free shipping only concerns the product, not delivery costs.
4. Points Validity: Your loyalty points are valid for two months from your last order.
