DERCAY currently offers the possibility of payment on delivery for its customers in Morocco, all orders will be paid after their delivery to the customer.

Order cancellation:

Cancellation of orders after choosing the Cash on Delivery method, will be available provided you cancel it before the support agent completes the call with you which is supposed to be made to confirm the shipment of your order.

Any cancellation that comes after the delivery starts, will not be possible, please make sure well before confirmation with our agent, otherwise you can check our return and refund policy for more information.

If you wish to return your package after receiving it, you must be eligible for the return & refund conditions cited in our relevant policy .
