Refund & Return Policy (Distributors)
At Dercay, we are committed to providing comprehensive support to our distributors to ensure their satisfaction and success. If a distributor receives products that do not match their order or have manufacturing defects, we accept returns within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Conditions for Distributors:
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Returned products must be accompanied by the delivery note or proof of purchase.
Return Process for Distributors:
Distributor may contact our Partner Support team at " contact@dercay.com " with "Return Request (Distributor)" as the subject line, or through other available contact methods to initiate the returns process.
The distributor must carefully package the product in its original packaging with the delivery note or proof of purchase.
The distributor must send the package to the return address provided by our Partner Support team.
Reimbursement for Distributors:
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will notify the distributor of receipt of the package and approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the distributor's account within 7 business days. This policy aims to guarantee a positive experience for our distributors and to maintain a relationship of mutual trust. We are committed to providing exceptional support to our channel partners to help them succeed in selling our products.
