Return and Refund Policy for Dercay Retailers

At Dercay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that does not match your order, we accept returns within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Conditions:

The products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Returned products must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

Problem Notification: Please notify us in writing at contact@dercay.com or by any means available to you to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order if you experience a problem with a product or if you would like to request a return or replacement.

Carefully package the product in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our partner support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if approved, along with instructions for returning the products.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method, within 7 business days.

At Dercay, we are committed to guaranteeing the satisfaction of our wholesale partners. If you have a problem with your order or are not completely satisfied with our products, please follow the instructions below to initiate a return or refund:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our partner support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if approved, along with instructions for returning the products.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method, within up to 10 business days, depending on the buyer's bank's processing time.
